Ignite Learning Refund Policy
Full-Time Private School Tuition
Tuition for Ignite Learning’s full-time private school program is refundable according to the following
schedule:
• Before the first day of the semester: 100% refund
• Within the first two (2) weeks of the semester: 75% refund of tuition.
• Within the first four (4) weeks of the semester: 50% refund of tuition.
• After four (4) weeks of the semester: No tuition refunds will be issued.
Instructional materials, supply kits, technology fees, and third-party vendor costs that have already been purchased or distributed are non-refundable unless such materials are returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition. If materials are returned in acceptable condition, a full refund for the value of the returned items shall be issued.
Individual Courses and Supplemental Programs
Refunds for supplemental courses, single-course enrollments, summer school programs, and
asynchronous course offerings are available only if the student withdraws prior to accessing course materials or beginning coursework.
Once a student has accessed the course platform, downloaded materials, attended instruction, or
submitted assignments, the course shall be considered active and non-refundable.
Dual Enrollment Courses
Dual Enrollment and college-credit courses are subject to the refund policies, withdrawal deadlines, and billing procedures established by the applicable partner college or university. Ignite Learning will issue refunds, if applicable, in accordance with the policies and determinations of the partnering institution.
Refund eligibility, timing, and amounts may vary depending on the college’s published refund schedule and the student’s withdrawal date.
Withdrawal Process
All withdrawal and refund requests must be submitted in writing to Ignite Learning administration.
Please send all refund requests to: arends@learningignite.com. Refund eligibility shall be determined based on the official withdrawal date received by Ignite Learning.
Exceptional Circumstances
Ignite Learning recognizes that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Requests involving medical
emergencies, family relocation, or other significant hardships will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds or account adjustments may be granted at Ignite Learning’s discretion based on the specific circumstances and supporting documentation provided.
Compliance Requirements:
Payments made through UFA are refunded directly to UFA for return to the student’s scholarship
account. We do not issue refunds directly to parents or students for scholarship-funded tuition.
Refunds follow the same standard policy used for all students. Equal treatment Scholarship students are charged the same tuition and follow the same refund rules as all other students in the same program. Transfers Families are never required to give up their right to transfer to another approved provider during the school year. Withdrawal notice If a scholarship student withdraws, we notify Odyssey/UFA within five (5) business days.
