Tech Apps and Coding 1

The Tech Apps and Coding course is a first year computer science course that is fully aligned to the CSTA 2 standards for students in grades 6-8. This course introduces the basics of programming, web design, internet safety, and how information is represented digitally and sent over the Internet. This is an independent learning course but there is live support available to manage the course, answer questions and will support parents as they help their student through the course. This class provides students with high-quality instruction, including all required digital learning materials, class activities, platform access, and instructional services for the duration of the course. The total cost is $89 per semester covering all items listed with no additional fees. The course is delivered asynchronously and is designed for grades 6-8. Classes run from the date of purchase and end when you finalize the materials in the course.
