Intro to CS 2 – Python

Introduction to Python Programming introduces students to the fundamentals of computer programming, with an emphasis on helping students develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Students begin by learning to design, code, and test their programs while applying mathematical concepts. Students then move to more advanced programming concepts and learn to create more powerful programs using functions, strings, data structures, and file i/o operations. This is an independent learning course but there is live support available to manage the course, answer questions and will support parents as they help their student through the course. Designed for grades 9-12. Prerequisite: Intro to Intro to CS 1 – Python. This class provides students with high-quality instruction, including all required digital learning materials, class activities, platform access, and instructional services for the duration of the course. The total cost is $89 per semester covering all items listed with no additional fees. The course is delivered asynchronously and is designed for grades 9-12. Classes run from the date of purchase and end when you finalize the materials in the course.
