1st Grade Arts – Mastery Based – S1

This grammar (k–6) course introduces students to visual art, music, dance, and theatre through hands-on, creative activities aligned to Utah’s Fine Arts strands: Create, Perform/Present/Produce, Respond, and Connect. Using a mastery-based approach, students progress by demonstrating understanding and skill development rather than time spent in class. Through drawing, singing, movement, and dramatic play, students build foundational artistic skills while expressing ideas and making personal connections to art. Semester 2 of 2. This class provides students with high-quality instruction, including all required digital learning materials, class activities, platform access, and instructional services for the duration of the course. The total cost is $105 per semester covering all items listed with no additional fees. The course is delivered asynchronously and is designed for students in 1st Grade. Classes run from the date of purchase and end when you finalize the materials in the course.
